We want you to love your florence by mills products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and meet our safety hygiene standards to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your beauty essentials.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Make sure the return label is clearly visible on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
